Customer Information Sheet
We ask that new customers fill out our customer information sheet prior to the visit.
The information sheet includes the customer's contact information & dog's information(breed, age, health conditions, etc.).

Health Issues
The groomer may discontinue the procedure if the grooming may cause, or worsen health issues.
We will contact the owner immediately regarding emergency situations.
Pick Up
We will call/text the customer 20 minutes before finishing grooming. Please come to pick your dog up within 1 hour after receiving the call/text.
Please understand that we are NOT licensed as dog daycare.
Behaviour
We are not able to handle aggressive dogs.
No-Show
If you miss the appointment, or cancel within 24 hours' notice, you will be charged an additional 50% of your regular groom on your next visit.
If you are going to be late more than 30 minutes for your appointment, it will be considered as a No-Show.
Hair Conditions
We put humanity over vanity, which means we shave the coat if it's severely matted to the skin.
If your dog is extremely matted, an additional fee may apply.
During the shaving of a severely matted dog, although we are very careful, skin irritation, minor nicks, and stress may occur.
Photos & Videos
Photos & videos may be taken of your dog during the groom for promotional purposes & documentation.
Please let us know if you are not willing to share the photos and videos of your dog on our social media.
